Beetroot In Coconut Milk
- Beetroot250 grm (discard the leaves)
- Coconut Milk2 Cups
- Onion½ cup Chopped
- Green chillies2 sliced
- Turmeric powder¼ tsp
- Cummin seed powder ½ tsp
- Garlic 2 crushed
- Cinnamon stick3 cm
- Salt to taste
Wash and skin the beetroot. Cut into any size you like. Add all the ingredients in a pan and cook covering the pan in medium heat. When it simmers and reduces to half the quantity remove from fire.
