Cabbage In Coconut Milk

  • Cabbage
  • Coconut Milk2 Cups
  • Coconut oil4tbs
  • Mustard seeds1 tsp
  • Onion½ cup Chopped
  • Green chillies 2 sliced
  • Turmeric powder¼ tsp
  • Garlic2 crushed
  • Cinnamon stick 3 cm
  • Salt to taste

Wash and cut the cabbage. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the mustard seed to splatter, toss in the cabbage along with the dry ingredients and saute till tender.

Add the coconut milk and cook for 5 – 8 minutes.
