Chicken Milk Gravy
- Chicken500grm (with or without bones)
- Coconut Milk2 Cups
- Water2 cups
- Onion ½ cup Chopped
- Tomato½ chopped
- Green chillies 2 sliced
- Chilliepowder 1 tsp (optional if you want it spicy)
- Curry powder 2 tsp (Roasted which you can get in any Asian/Indian shops)
- Roasted dill seeds1 tsp
- Turmeric powder¼ tsp
- Ginger and Garlicpaste 2 tsp
- Cinnamon stick3 cm
- Lime / lemon juice1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Combine all the ingredients in water with chicken. Cook on medium heat till the chicken is tender. Reduce heat add the coconut milk. Cook for further 5 minutes and lime juice.
