Chicken Milk Gravy

  • Chicken500grm (with or without bones)
  • Coconut Milk2 Cups
  • Water2 cups
  • Onion ½ cup Chopped
  • Tomato½ chopped
  • Green chillies 2 sliced
  • Chilliepowder 1 tsp (optional if you want it spicy)
  • Curry powder 2 tsp (Roasted which you can get in any Asian/Indian shops)
  • Roasted dill seeds1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder¼ tsp
  • Ginger and Garlicpaste 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon stick3 cm
  • Lime / lemon juice1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Combine all the ingredients in water with chicken. Cook on medium heat till the chicken is tender. Reduce heat add the coconut milk. Cook for further 5 minutes and lime juice.
