Coconut Milk Combination Konji
- Vermicelli 100 grm
- Sago50 grm
- Coconut Milk5 – 6 cups
- Coconut sugaraccording to your taste
- Salt¼ tsp
- Cardamom1 – 2 crushed
Cover the sago in water in a pan and bring to boil stirring well as it tends to stick to the bottom of the pan. Add the vermicelli too and bring to boil together while stirring. When cooked, add the coconut milk and sugar and boil well. It begins to bubble and foam. Reduce heat and add the crushed cardamom.
This is a very tasty dessert to have while it is warm.
