Coconut Milk Vermicelli Konji (Pudding)

  • Vermicelli100 grm
  • Coconut Milk5 – 6 cups
  • Coconut sugaraccording to your taste
  • Salt¼ tsp
  • Cardamom1 – 2 crushed

Put the vermicelli in water and bring to boil. When cooked, reduce the water if there is any, and add the coconut milk and sugar and boil well. It begins to bubble and foam. Reduce heat and add the crushed cardamom.

This is a very tasty dessert to have it while it is warm.
