Flat Coconut Rottis

  • Coconut Flour1 Cup
  • Coconut oil3 tbs
  • Fine desiccated coconut3 tbs
  • Salt¼ tsp

Mix well with a little water into a dough. Divide the mixture into small balls.Pour another table spoon full of coconut oil and leave for about half an hour. Take it again and flatten with your hand to form about 5 inches rounds with

¼ – ½ inch thickness. Heat a non-stick flat pan , apply a little coconut oil. Carefully transfer to the pan and roast one by one both sides in low flame till it is cooked both sides.
