Green Beans Stir Fry

  • Green Beans250 grm
  • Coconut shred½ Cup
  • Onion½ cup Chopped
  • Green chillies2 sliced
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Cummin seed powder½ tsp
  • Garlic2 crushed
  • Coconut oil 4 tbs
  • Salt to taste

Wash and cut the beans into small pieces. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the mustard seed to splatter, toss in the beans along with the rest of the ingredients except the coconut shred and saute till tender.

Add the coconut shred and stir and remove from fire.

This is a dry dish eaten as a side dish of your choice of mains.
