Sago Konji (Pudding)

  • Sago100 grms
  • Coconut Milk5 – 6 cups
  • Coconut sugaraccording to your taste
  • Salt¼ tsp
  • Cardamom 1 – 2 crushed

Cover the sago enough with water and cook in low flame as it tends to stick to the bottom of the pan. Stir well enough. When it becomes transparent add the coconut milk and sugar and boil well. It begins to bubble and foam. Reduce heat and add the crushed cardamom.

You can have this as a dessert either way hot or cold. If refrigerated it becomes hard.
