
Steamed Fish With Coconut Sauce
- Spanish Mackerel 2 or 3 slices
- Coconut Milk1 cup
- Onion ¼ cup chopped
- Green Chillies1 sliced
- Coriander leaves ¼ cup chopped
- Lime juice3 tbs
- Sugar1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Steam or boil the fish. Drain and serve in each plate. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well and pour over the fish. A fantastic combination of taste to have. Best served with salad.
