Steamed Fish With Coconut Sauce

  • Spanish Mackerel 2 or 3 slices
  • Coconut Milk1 cup
  • Onion ¼ cup chopped
  • Green Chillies1 sliced
  • Coriander leaves ¼ cup chopped
  • Lime juice3 tbs
  • Sugar1 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Steam or boil the fish. Drain and serve in each plate. Combine the rest of the ingredients and mix well and pour over the fish. A fantastic combination of taste to have. Best served with salad.
