Three Treasures In Coconut Milk

  • Cauliflower150 gm
  • Beans150 gm
  • Carrot 150 gm
  • Coconut Milk 2 – 3 Cups
  • Onion ½ cup Chopped
  • Green chillies2 sliced
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Cummin seed powder½ tsp
  • Garlic 2 crushed
  • Cinnamon stick 3 cm
  • Salt to taste

Wash and cut all the vegetables in equal size. Add all the ingredients in a pan and cook covering the pan in medium heat. When it reduces to half the quantity remove from fire.
